Pastor Benjamin Rice serves as the Senior Pastor of Epworth Memorial Wesleyan Church. His heart is to help people see God clearly through His Word–so that faith is not shallow or borrowed, but rooted, confident, and alive. At the center of his ministry is a simple calling: loving God and loving others.

Benjamin has studied at Colorado Christian University, Southern Evangelical Seminary (with a focus in apologetics), and Kingswood University. He is currently in the process of ordination within the Wesleyan Church.

His preaching emphasizes both truth and clarity–helping people move beyond surface level Christianity into a deeper understanding of Scripture, especially in areas of faith, assurance, and spiritual growth. He is passionate about teaching the Bible in a way that answers real questions and helps people grow in their love for God and one another.

Benjamin is married to his wife, Shondell, and they have two children, Samuel and Olivia (Olive). Together, they are committed to serving the church and community with sincerity, conviction, and love.
